Constructor.

string(
    std::size_t count,
    char ch,
    storage_ptr sp = {});

Construct the contents with count copies of character ch.

Linear in count.

Strong guarantee. Calls to memory_resource::allocate may throw.

Name	Description
`count`	The size of the resulting string.
`ch`	The value to initialize characters of the string with.
`sp`	An optional pointer to the `boost::container::pmr::memory_resource` to use. The container will acquire shared ownership of the memory resource. The default argument for this parameter is `{}`.
